Virtual Consultation
With an initial virtual meeting, we'll explore all the ways we can make each aspect of your life easier. During this initial consultation, we will begin to understand your needs so that we can create a work plan for you that actually makes sense and works for you and your family.
Work plan
After understanding your needs, the needs of your business and/or your family, we design a work plan considering the daily communication channels (messages, emails, shared drive, etc.), the number of virtual alignment meetings, monthly hour package, etc. Together we will understand, for example, if you feel more comfortable receiving weekly calls to align your demands and projects, or if you prefer to check urgent tasks by email or text message on a daily basis.
Warm-Up Meeting
Once your work plan is approved, an onboarding call will be scheduled to review your package so that we can begin to dig deeper into your preferences and list your urgent tasks, as well as answer any questions you may have. From then on, we will be actively working on your day-to-day tasks to ensure that your projects are carried out in the best possible way.
Check-In Meetings
We will hold regular check-in meetings to understand if the plan we designed together is making sense or if it needs any adjustments. Obviously, this alignment happens naturally on a daily basis, but based on your preferred communication style, from time to time, we want an exclusive moment for this alignment of expectations with you.
